Jajan pisang

usually a lot of fried bananas sold in traditional markets in Bali, the morning went to the market to buy a fried banana,
  how to make fried bananas:

 1.ingridients
220 bananask / old king banana
     * 100 grams of rice flour
     * 20 grams of corn starch
     * 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
     *75 ml water

  Mix the rice flour, sago flour, salt, and water, stir sampat thick and slippery.
   Peel bananas, cut according to taste.
   Dip banana slices into the flour mixture. Fry over medium heat until cooked through and lightly b  browned.
