Dadar gulung

Ingredients for skin:

     * 150 grams of wheat flour
     * 1 egg, beaten
     * ¼ teaspoon salt

     * 200 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut

Ingredients for filling:

     * 100 cc water
     * 150 grams of brown sugar (Java)
     * 1 pandan leaves
     * ¼ teaspoon salt
     * ½ grated coconut

Mix the flour, eggs, salt and suji leaf water. Stir coconut milk as he put little by little until dough becomes smooth.
     * Heat a griddle pan (round) with a diameter of approximately 20 cm. Grease pan with butter (thin). Pour 1-1 ½ tablespoons of batter, pan rotated so that the batter covers the surface of the pan for even and thin. Once cooked, set aside.
