300gr large shrimps/prawns 2lemongrass, crushed,2 red large chili, pepper,75ml fish stock,120 coconut nilk,coconut oil

preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shrimps golden brown and remove them from the wok. Fry the paste with the lemon grass for 3 minutes and add the stock and add the shrimps. Slice the chili ,pepper in small rings and add it with the coconut milk, Let it simmer slowly until the coconut oil is released then serve.
