Sambal Goreng Tempe

                                                
Sambal is sauce, goreng is fried, tempeis soya beans
Material:
250 gr tempeh, cut square and then fried ripe ½
 7pieces of green chilli sliced curly oblique
 1 tomato sliced small size
  1bay leaves

  4cm galangal
  100 ml thick coconut milk
  1tablespoon soy sauce

Spices:
 2tbsp red chilli finely
  3red onions
  cloves, garlic
  2 eggs hazelnut
¼ teaspoon shrimp paste
  brown sugarto taste
  salt to taste

Method:
Stir-fry ground ingredients together bay leaves, galangal, green chillies and tomatoes until fragrant.
Add pieces of tempeh and soy sauce and stir well.
Pour coconut milk and cook until the spices seep,

wait until its cooked,already to serve
